• Delivery drivers are not able to assist with moving this item onto your property, including your driveway, garden, home, or garage.
• The Zero 2 is securely packaged in a wooden crate with a total boxed weight of 220 kg.
• We recommend at least four people with suitable lifting straps for handling. Having equipment like heavy-duty sack barrows, roller crow bars, or furniture sliders on hand will make installation easier.

Installation

• The Zero 2 arrives boxed with a full-scale template board to ensure accurate drilling and fitting of all wall fixtures.
• Ensure the installation surface is level and free from any obstructions that could prevent the machine from sitting flush against the wall.
• Please note: Wall fixtures are not included with this product.
