At Bulldog Gear, we are committed to providing high-quality gym equipment; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your equipment is in its original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition before initiating a return.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your items and clearly mark the outside of the box with your RMA number to avoid any processing delays.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send the package back using a tracked courier service; once inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
